Join us for a FREE workshop where you’ll gain the tools you need to thrive through the holidays. Our mini-classes include topics like writing, stress management, nourishing your endocannabinoid system, and crafting. A light lunch will be provided. We hope to see you there!

10:00AM -12:00PM – Writing out the winter

Join Wil Gibson, poet and author for an informative and fun poetry workshop. He will guide you through an exploration of emotions that the winter and holidays can bring up. Then, use those feelings to craft a personal and therapeutic poem as a way to celebrate the season.

12:30pm -2:00pm – Stress Management & Holistic Health

Herbalist Candice Brunlinger will give you 12 methods to promote physical and emotional calm during the hectic holidays. Exploring self-care, breathing exercises, diet, and herbs to reduce feelings of stress and ward away illness and fatigue. Find your flow to experience peace, joy, and gratitude this season.

2:15PM -3:15PM How to Support & Nourish your Endocannabinoid System

Gillian Levy is the co-founder and CEO of Humboldt Apothecary, a cannabis tincture and topical company with products available throughout California dispensaries. She will be discussing the best ways to support your Endocannabinoid system through the holidays to better manage stress, anxiety, and insomnia. She will help navigate how to use cannabis tinctures and topicals, and how to determine the best ratios to use and how to dose appropriately for the desired results.

3:30pm-5:30pm – Hand made gifts for the holidays

Get your hands on some great homemade gift ideas for the holidays. This creative recycle/reuse workshop will be lead by Scrap Humboldt.
