• Nourish your mind, body and spirit by honoring your self-care routine.

• Learn simple tools for calming stress, anxiety and taking time for prioritizing your well-being.

• Discover how simple mindfulness practices support your health and happiness.

All participants will receive a Self-Care E-book, journal, videos, and guided meditations to support your journey after the workshop. Bring a mug for tea and a yoga mat for gentle movement, if desired.

Bring and friend or loved one to enjoy these gifts too. Presented by Candice Brunlinger (Herbal Living and Healing & Humboldt Tai Chi) and Lauryn Lavandula (Spiritual Life Coach at Arise Alchemy).
