Mindfulness Meditation Class

• Taught to evoke a practice in self-compassion and self-realization.

• Minimal guidance in breath-work and simple movement to calm and focus the mind and body.

• Designed for all interested in meditation

• Bring/wear comfortable clothing, blanket or shawl, cushion or pillows.

• Be prepared to sit for 45 min.

• Certified yoga instructor, and yoga and meditation practitioner for 10+ years

• Vipassana inspired
