Meditation With Sitaram Dass
Meditation can take many forms, ranging from concentration, insight awareness, contemplation, loving-kindness, and modern mindfulness practices. In this exploratory meditation class, we will cover techniques ranging from modern mindfulness exercises to ancient meditative and contemplative practices. We will learn the most up-to-date evidenced-based therapeutic and stress-reduction applications while also understanding these practices from the time-tested traditions that they come from.
Sitaram Dass spent several years with his beloved teacher Ram Dass, where he was initiated into the Path of the Heart. He has devoted the last 15 years to studying world religions and has practiced many forms of meditation including Vipassana, Sufi, devotional, and Yogic meditation.
