A great intro into Pilates Mat work. You, your body, and the mat is all you need to tap into your core strength. This class will take you through the principles of Pilates that focus on breath, coordination, balance, and of course core strength. Core is not just your abdominals, your core includes your hips and lower back as well. If you have a strong core the rest of your body will strengthen with ease.
