Women Empowerment Class

em·pow·er·ment noun Authority or power given to someone to do something. “Individuals are given empowerment to create their own dwellings. The process of becoming stronger and more confident, especially in controlling one’s life and claiming one’s rights.”

Our stepping stone method will help you become empowered through fluid dance, group conversation, and self-reflection. We’ll move with intention and explore the femininity of ourselves while choosing to be present with our outward selves. Followed by a cooldown and group discussion where we’ll describe the world around us. Get in touch with yourself, build your self-esteem, become empowered, and encourage others in your group of women.

Thai Massage Workshop @ The Connection HPRC

Learn to give and receive a form of massage developed by farmers for farmers in the rice fields in Thailand. Experience the glorious stretching and compression that is Thai Massage for beginners. 
Please note: this class does not provide you with massage credentials- this will allow you to massage your friends and family who are in pain. Bringing a partner is suggested but not required.

In this deeply rejuvenating 1 hour class we investigate the practice of Yoga Nidra. We first prepare ourselves with centering exercises that include breath and simple movement then class culminates with a ~30 minute Yoga Nidra practice.

What to bring: pads, mats, pillows or blankets. During this class, you will lie still for 30 minutes and you want to as comfortable as possible.
