Danny, graduated from HSU with a bachelors in history and a minor in art. He has been working mostly on abstract expressionism for the past 3 years with acrylic, oil, and collaging. His 6-year-old daughter Nora often collaborates on his pieces and has been his inspiration.

In this deeply rejuvenating 1 hour class we investigate the practice of Yoga Nidra. We first prepare ourselves with centering exercises that include breath and simple movement then class culminates with a ~30 minute Yoga Nidra practice.

What to bring: pads, mats, pillows or blankets. During this class you will lie still for 30 minutes and you want to as comfortable as possible.
